Message from Lower Yarrow Flood Action Group

“The Environment Agency have been in contact to advise that, due to predicted rainfall, they expect to be operating the barrage late this evening / early tomorrow morning. We advise residents to keep an eye on water levels around their property.  Roads usually inundated with flood water during heavy rainfall events could potentially be impacted over night and may take some time to clear.”
