The Parish Council are delighted to share this photo of the Chorley Council new upcycled bin now situated on Turflands by the renovated Winnie Gosney Memorial bench . We work closely with the Street Cleansing team at Chorley Council who are excellent in responding to our requests for help. Doug Cridland and Arthur Town at Chorley Council are extremely helpful .
