New Year 2025 Recreation Park - Danger- Please Avoid Using the Park until the Weather Improves

Conditions on the Recreation Park are currently very dangerous. The large areas of standing water, following New Year's flooding, are now covered with a thin layer of ice. Other areas are very slippy under foot.

Residents are advised to avoid using the park for a few days until the situation improves.

It would certainly be very unsafe for children to play on there.
