Precept Funded Safety Repairs and Maintenance to Recreation Park

The Parish Council  recently commissioned a company called Wicksteed to carry out a comprehensive Safety Inspection  of all  the Recreation Park equipment . This looked in detail at all fixtures and fittings and gave the PC a detailed Safety Report  of what  needed repairing, maintenance  etc... We acted on this Report and immediately and  instructed Yates Playground Equipment Ltd. of Holmeswood to carry out several repairs and updates. Some additional 'day to day tasks' eg replacing  soft  handles,  were carried out by Croston Together volunteers Neville N and Andrew T .

The Parish Council would like to thank all volunteers who help keep this much loved village ammenity so well looked after.
