D Day 80th Anniversary Commemorations 6/6/24 in Croston

The Parish Council and community groups etc... will be marking this most poignant of occasions  in the village on 6/6/24. There is a nation wide programme of suggested events ( see attached file) which CPC  also hopes to observe in particular: 9am Short Service on The Green including raising the Union Flag, plus hopefully at 6.30pm Bell Ringing at St. Michael's Church . The focus of the events is around Peace. 

More details to follow on here in due course. D Day Commemorations in Croston will be an item on the Agenda of the PC Meeting of Wed 13th March 2024 , Main Hall , The Old School at 7.30pm. All welcome.
